Dodd Civil Consultants provided civil engineering design and reporting services as part of the project development team. Dodd Civil was engaged to achieve Resource, Building and engineering consent approvals; to prepare construction drawings and documentation, and to provide construction observation services for completion and compliances - This included: 

• 8,500m3 of bulk earthworks including preparation of an Earthworks Management Plan 
• Groundwater drainage for the perimeter piling and basement subfloor
• Street works including basement entrances and exterior pavement reconfiguration 
• Stormwater and wastewater network extensions and connections 
• Watermain realignment 



• Confined Construction environment within Auckland's CBD
• Realignment of an existing 250mm diameter watermain 
• Complicated basement entrances 
•   Duration of Project - 4 years
