We continually liase and consult with Council, IWI and general public, all requiring to be successfully carried out to ensure the success of any project.</p> <p >Dodd Civil Consulting senior staff have extensive experience on both sides of the Resource Consent process and have successfully applied their Customer Service ethos to resolving problems in these areas.</p> <h4>Quality</h4> <p >Dodd Civil Consultants sets itself apart from others as being a Quality service provider. This means providing an affordable service of high quality producing an economical solution that is sound, fit for purpose and is of good quality</p> <p >In house quality systems ensure all work is independently checked before leaving the office and all plans (other than draft) are independently checked and signed by the Director (Peter Dodd) before being issued.</p> <h4>Budget Management</h4> <p >All projects Dodd Civil Consultants undertake require management of the costs within the budget allowances. We keep clients fully informed of costs to date via monthly invoicing for Dodd Civil Consultants fees and also by monthly invoicing of Contractors work.</p> <h4>Reliability & Timeliness</h4> <p >Dodd Civil Consultants has a very sharp focus on timely delivery of services as shortening the subdivisional and construction processes have significant cost saving implications to our clients. This philosophy flows through into all of our work.</p> <h4>Information</h4> <p >Dodd Civil Consultants continually gather information on all projects undertaken, this is stored on a project file, which is based on a discrete project number. Two systems operate, a hard copy file and an electronic version for all computer media (Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, MS Project, drawings). The electrical version is protected by a daily back-up based on a 4 day tape cycle. When projects are archived the entire project directory is stored on CD.</p> <h4>Cooperation / Partnerships</h4> <p >Dodd Civil Consultants philosophy in business is to develop a client relationship that allows and encourages repeat business.</p> <p >To do this we must be flexible and constantly aware of client needs, being mindful that these may change with time.
